Home Preview and Selection

Review & Analyze Disclosures
The standard procedure is that you will be signing off on the seller’s disclosures before you submit your offer. By signing the disclosures, you are confirming that you have read and understood what the seller is disclosing to you. We will also review the documents and will help you analyze them so that, before you make the decision to buy, you are as well-informed as possible about your future home.
Offer and Negotiation
Closing deals for clients is more complicated than simply outbidding everyone else. Smart negotiation is essential to ensuring you don’t spend more than necessary to secure the home you love. The truth is, buyers ultimately determine the value of a home, not sellers. Rather than overpaying out of desperation or fear, we will make sure you get a great home at a fair price.
Final Financing Approval

By working with you, the seller’s agent, your lending institution, and the escrow officer, we’ll work to make sure every part of the file is complete for a smooth closing.
Making it through escrow can seem like a mountain of details but the view from the top is worth it. Within a few days before closing, you will have the opportunity for a final walkthrough of your soon-to-be new home. Once both parties sign their closing statements, the loan will fund and the escrow officer will record the deed. At that point, the keys are yours!
